oat meal
As for me, oats are an universal meal and/or pre-meal usable for many occassions. I could use it for breakfast, as brunch or lunch, for dinner and supper too. Oats (and fibers in general) allow the body to lower blood cholesterole (LDL) under the physiological limit of 5 mmol/l, and to lower blood sugar under the physiolog. limit around 5.5 mmol/l.
I often use it as the festival food, as it is rich in energy and proteins, so one can spend all day(s) at the site without the need to visit some of the junk food trucks.

- bowlful of oats

- a virgin olive oil splash (a slight one)
- oregano seasoning (independent to the actual season)
- half-bowl of water (lukewarm)

Olive oil helps to dissolve important fatty vitamins A, D, E, and K.
sweet
- just add some jam/marmelade (cirus jams)
- banana/dry cranberries
- add a pinch of salt
- spoon
- a splash of warm water
zucchini and tomatoes
- one mid-sized zucchini
- two tomatoes
- one smoked tofu (by SunFood)
- virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- curcuma
- oregano
- basil leaves
Boil with the lid on for 10-15 minutes. Profit.
